Shipping and returns

Each Atelier Ladeny order is prepared with care and shipped in protective packaging.

Shipping

Orders are prepared and dispatched from Luxembourg within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier and period of the year.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the European Union to the destinations available at checkout.

Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping within Luxembourg: €7.

Shipping to other EU destinations: €12.

Free shipping on orders of €70 or more.

The applicable shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment.

Returns

We hope you love your Atelier Ladeny piece. If you wish to return an item, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order. If several items from the same order are delivered separately, the 14-day period begins when you receive the last item.

You may request a return through your customer account or by contacting us at contact@atelierladeny.com , including your order number and the item you wish to return.

Returned items should be handled only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and condition, as you would in a physical store. You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the parcel remains the customer's responsibility until it reaches us.

Refunds

We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, without additional fees.

Where required by applicable law, the refund will include the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order. Any additional cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option is not refundable.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Each piece is checked carefully before shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at contact@atelierladeny.com as soon as you notice the issue, including your order number and, where possible, clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the situation and offer a suitable solution. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return your original order and place a new one, subject to availability.
